Thanks! That really helped. Would you be able to tell me how long it took your friend to be able to immigrate to a Caribbean country, get a working permit, and atually start working? Also, if he recomends any specific locations in the Caribbean? Thanks Alot!

Regarding working permit and residency that was been solved right away, another words he did not have ANY issues in that area. Company did all required paperwork for him.
Regarding the location I can not really recommend any particular spot, because I have not been there and I have not idea what location is best.
