As a foreign national you are subject to the "Alien Flight Student Program" created by the Transportation Security Administration. The mission of the Alien Flight Student Program is to ensure that Non-U.S. Citizen candidates seeking training at flight schools do not pose a threat to aviation or national security. Therefore, you will only be permitted to do your flight training in the USA at a government approved institution. (NOTE: This school can be independent of where you do your academics.)
Only screened foreign nationals are permitted to attend flight school. You will need a visa issued under the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). "Form I-901" is required by the US government for students aspiring to come to the United States of America for flight training. It is a prerequisite to getting your student visa. You will also need documentations that you can fund your training (loan documents).
You can find a list of approved schools and universities, as well as ALL the requirements for the program, at this link-
https://www.flightschoolcandidates.gov/
Regarding "O" levels, I have no idea what those mean as we do not have them in schools, here in the United States. You will find all the classes that are required for an associates or bachelors degree at the schools website. Usually, classes are worth a given number of credits (like 3 credits per class) and a certain number of credits are required to get your degree (120-160 credits).
Once you find the schools you are eligible to attend, you can then find out what kind of class credits are required of you to get a degree.
OR, if you are doing your flight training at a school separate from your academics you can find an aviation university from the schools on this list-

Hope this helps.
