Answer
Hi,
To begin with, all of the airlines that I know of require a college degree.  They also require experience.  Each one has different expectations.  However, they take the pilots with the best education and most experience.  I suggest that you look into attending an aviation university such as Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (www.erau.edu)  These schools prepare you specifically for a flight career. You can find many on-line by doing a simple search.  Some advice - when you contact any of these places be careful with your writing, use a spell check and use proper grammar.  You need to impress these people that you are educated and serious about your passion to fly.  There is an enormous competition out there.
Good Luck,
