Question
can one become an airline pilot if he wears spectacles?

Answer
Hello Chanddeep,
In most cases, yes.  Airline pilots are required to have a commercial license.  That license has particular visibility restrictions.  I'm afraid that I cannot be more specific because I am not an aviation doctor.  If you need specific information, I suggest that you contact the FAA.  By the way, I am a commercial pilot and I wear glasses!
Good luck,
Dave
