QuestionDear Mr. Bidwell
I dont know if you will find this letter wierd but i have a question. Ever since i was five years old i have been fascinated by planes. And now i want to make piloting my career. Im only fifteen years old and some people say im to young to fly yet. So i checked out my loccal aviation school when i was thirteen and i new what i wanted to do ever since. I want to become a fractional airlines pilot. I would like to know all the steps necisary to do this. I know i have to get my private pilots liscence. And im working on that right now, but i need to know how to become a fractional airlines pilot. If you could help me that would be great. Thank you very much
Josh
AnswerHi Josh,
Since you are working on your private ticket now, you must be aware of what it takes to accomplish your instrument and commercial. The other thing that you will need is a college degree. You should be looking into the aviation colleges such as Embry Riddle in FL. With all of this said, you need lots of experience and the right connections. You will be able to network with the right people once you get into college. Most of the better schools offer opportunities to get you hooked up.
Good Luck
