After HS you looking for an specialized training facilities schools for airline pilots. Another way is go throughtthe local flight schools and start from there from the beggining. Start taking flight lessons and priparing yourself for private pilot license, instrument rating and getting neccesary flight time commercial pilot license. However you will need an college in order to apply for airline job. When you achieve enought flight hours usually minimums are 1000 hrs total time and 100 multi-engine time, you can start applying for small regional airlines for an commercial pilot license. At that time you will have proximatelly about 1300 hrs total time and you will start builing your flight time for an real airline pilot job. When you accumulate about 3000 to 4000 hrs you will be marketable for big airlines like Southwest Airlines.
