Dear ismar,
i am a student in my second year of high school (grade 11) i am doing the british course which is the International General Certificate of Secondary Education
i have been wishing to go to a university where i can be taught to be an air pilot and gain a degree so i can have a career as an air pilot . i have this year and another one left till i enter university so i must make an opinion asap . my questions are what is the best university where i can gain a degree to gainn a flying and aviation career  and what are the requirements  and what may the fees be for such a university . once i graduate will i be able to find a career easily and what will be my starting off salary.

I do have information for USA, but not for England. I have impression that you are located in Europe or else. Depending where do you want get your credentials and flight licenses, you will have to obtain information there. In general, differences in training of airline pilots in Europe and USA are just slightly different, and much more affordable and cheaper in USA for now. You will have to start taking flight lessons in flight school or college/university in accordance to be elegible to get pilot licenses. Also you will be enrolled in an accredited aviation college in order to get an college degree too. That is beggining. Salary for commercial pilots in USA are not big, not at all. You will spent so much money to get pilot licenses, but when you start working as an commercial pilot for smaller cargo or regional airline in USA you will not be not even able to start paying debts for flying training. But down the road when you accumulate a few years of experience and some serious flight hours in different types of commercial airliners you can get little bit better salary.
