Question
Is AH&LA the only place to receive this certification?  if not, where else can I receive study guides from and take the exam..  I am hitting a wall on the net.

Thanks

Answer
Hello Rhonda, The Certified Hotel Administrator or C.H.A. designation is only awarded through the American Hotel and Lodging Association's Educational Institute. You can however study independently and take the exam on your own through a proctor. Many Colleges and Universities also offer the industry recognized programs of study and specialization allowing you to obtains certificates of of specialization in many areas. I would suggest going the the Associations web site. You can simply Google them. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
