Question
I am 24 years old and have a family. I would like to become a DA. I wanted to know how to go about doing that and can it be done strictly online because i have to keep working to support my family. Please answer asap! Thankyou

To become a district attorney, you would take the LSAT, apply to law schools, graduate from law school, take the bar exam, possibly work as an attorney for a few years to get experience, and apply to a district attorney position.

Regarding online law school, I believe the only state that will allow you to take the bar and work as an attorney immediately after attending an online law school is California. Online law school would also require you to take the "baby bar" after your first year of law school.

If online law school is not right for you, you may want to consider going to school part time at night.  Some law schools offer this option.
