If i would like to get a Paralegal Job in abroad, what can i do ?...Please answer me.

Answer
Thank you for your message.

In the United States, there is no formal licensure or education requirements to work as a paralegal.  For highly competitive jobs, you might need a 2 or 4 year paralegal or general education degree.  At this time, the legal market in the United States is extremely competitive so it might be beneficial to take a few courses even though you are already what appears to be a foreign trained lawyer.  There are various LLM programs in the United States for foreign attorneys that would permit you to sit for a local bar (attorney licensure) examination.

If you are entertaining working in the USA or UK, you should certainly investigate work visa requirements.  In the United States, you will likely need to resolve the work visa issue before or contemporaneously with your job applications.

Good luck!
