Question
How are lawyers paid are they paid bi-weekly or monthly?

Answer
Lawyers are paid a variety of different ways.  Assuming that you are talking about an attorney employed by a law firm, company, or government agency, they are usually paid every other week or twice a month.  Some attorneys are paid on a contract basis (e.g. per project or per hour) and are paid upon completion or on a monthly basis.  Bottom line is that each employer is different and this should be a discussion after being offered a position.
