Question
Hi,
My name is Tania I am about to enter high school and I want to know what I can do in high school and now in eight grade to be preparing myself to becoming a lawyer. I have always wanted to become one but i want to find out what i can do now and in high school. Please answer me it's really urgent.

Answer
Hi Tania,

If you are about to enter high school, the most important thing to do is to work hard in all of your classes so that you can get into a good college.  As far as skills, it is important to develop your reading and writing skills.  Beyond that, I generally recommend that younger students develop other interests to complement their legal practices in the future.

Good luck!

Bryan Chant
