Careers: Medical & Psychiatry/getting US residency

Question
hello,
I have many questions regarding Caribbean medical schools.
I have 3.42 GPA. when I took practice MCATs, I got 30-32. My adviser says that with this GPA I can't get in to US med schools. other option I was given was to consider going for DO schools than going overseas.
I want to know is,
1.are Caribbean schools worth going? because I found out that it is very hard to get US residencies as those schools are last ones to get considered.
2. Are there any loans programs available for Caribbean schools?
3. Can you give me some good reputed school names in Caribbean.
4. Is it possible to get transfer to US medical schools?
5. Is Caribbean MD valid in India?
6. Do they really have affiliated Hospitals in US for rotations?

After all this, do you think I should get masters' degree and wait for my good GPA and then apply to US medical schools?

It would be great if you please help me with these confusions.

thanks.
