Hello, i am currently in grade 12 and reside in Edmonton, Canada. Like many others, i am quite unsure of my path in the future. Ive looked up many career paths, (medicine, business, engineering) and theres always a negative to a career that i am interested in. My best interest is to become a doctor, but I am afraid to pursue this career because it takes many years and i dont know if i should do this because i'd be going on loans, the loans would be quite a lot when i finish. Secondly, i am concerned that i will not achieve the GPA needed to get in medicine. From what i have heard, a minimum of 3.8 out of 4.0 is required to be in competition. I am a person strong in sciences and math, no quite so much in english. What is your suggestion? Is there a possiblity in this career for me? Could you also explain the steps to obtaining a MD degree in Canada? Thanks alot
