Question
Dr. K. -

Yes - by all means - please do forward my concerns to members of the TBCE there in Austin. I would very much appreciate it if you would do that.

I will definitely file a formal concern with the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners as well.  Thank you so much for your understanding, help and advice.

Answer
Dear Patti,
I spoke with Dr. Vaughn today about your issue.  She indicates that the TBCE did not change the requirementds for chiropractic  school admissions or licensure.  The colleges are apparently responding to a new requirement handed down by the Commission on Chiropractic Education (CCE).  They are the accrediting body for the U.S. Department of Education.  I do have their e-mail address if you need additional information: <cce@adata.com>

Hope this helps.
