Question
Hello
I'm Marisol Jurado, a Kerr High School Student. We have a project for English III about the careers one likes. We were asked to interview real career persons. I hope you have time available to answer some questions. Thank you for your attention.

1. What high school courses will be vital to the career success as a surgeon?
2. Which major and minor will serve me the best in pursuit of my career choice--surgeon?
3. What were your regular duties at the beginning and how do they change/grow later?
4. What would be a typical day of a surgeon be like at the beginning of your career vs. a few years into it?
5. At what pay can you reasonably expect to start and what is the potential for making more money?
6. What benefits, other than salary, makes this career attractive?
7. What are the challenges of this career professionally, healthfully, psychologically, socially, etc.?
8. If you fell a bit short of your goals or wanted to reach a bit higher, what are related careers your might consider?
