QuestionI am currently a senior in high school. I am still undecided on what I want my major to be in college.. But I am very much interested in becoming a chiropractor. Would you be able to tell me exactly what courses I need to take in college, and what field I should put down as my major. I've been interested in chiropractic for a while, I just don't know the courses I need to be taking in college. Thank you very much!

I'm sorry for the delay in my response. Your career ambissions are admirable and I think you are quite wise to anticipate your options while still in highschool. Chiropractic education is very similar to most other professional health care programs. Preperation should be strong in the natural sciences; biology, chemistry, physics, anatomy, physiology, health and hygine. If you are required to declare a major, you should seek a curriculum similar to that of pre-med. The basic sciences are essentially the same.
