Question
Hi,
I hope I'm finding you in the best of health.
What factors help the eye see(what should you eat, do,etc.)and what factors make your vision worse(reading in the dark, etc.)?

Answer
Reading in the dark or sitting too close to the TV or anything like that might cause eyestrain, but it doesn't harm your eyes long term.  Eat lots of vegetables and antioxidants to keep your eyes healthy, don't smoke (can cause macular degeneration and cataracts), and wear ultraviolet protection (ie sunglasses).  simple common sense.
