Most Tv stations, weather bureau offices or private weather forecasting companies have support staffs.

what are some of the challenges you face dalily?

The biggest challenge is forecasting accurately the weather several days ahead of time. The 24 hour forecast is easy, the 48 hour more difficult- beyond 48 hours is very challenging!
