Hello Mr. Rosenfeld,
My question may be too general, but I'm going to give it a shot and ask anyway :)  I'm looking for locations in the United States that have these weather specifications all year round - between 60 and 75 degrees, sunshine 256 or more days of the year, relative humidity around 45%, little to no snowfall, and few to no natural disasters.  Does such a utopia exist in this country?  If you don't have that kind of data on hand, do you know whom else I should ask?

Hi Natalie

Alot of people consider San Diego to be the best climate to live in. However, the humidity may be too high and I'm not sure about the earthquake status. But, take a look at:
