I'm 16 right and next year i want to join the coast guard. i have a few questions.
1.what kind of things should i be doing to get in shape for boot camp.
2. after senior year how many weeks will i have to go to school for a "skill"
3. how many years will i have to be in the coast guard.
4. who picks what weekend you go to work.

I'm confused. Are you planning on joining the active duty Coast Guard, or the Coast Guard Reserves?
The active duty Coast Guard is full-time duty. The Coast Guard Reserves is (mostly) part-time duty (one weekend per month, plus two weeks per year).
I'm confused because you asked about "what weekends you will work."
