Do you know the specific regulation that stated prior 0311's can wear the CIB on their Army Combat Uniform?

The regulation is going to be in AR-670-1, but to make direct application, address correspondence to:
Veterans, Individual Ready Reserve members, members of other U.S. services and foreign military personnel should submit a written request directly to U.S. Army Human Resources Command ATTN: AHRC-PDO-PA, 200 Stoval Street Alexandria, VA 22332.
The basic criteria for award of the CIB is that you must have been an infantryman (0311 qualifies, obviously) and awarded the CAR for that service.
If you get the CIB, you can't wear the CAR, by the way.

Did a hitch in the Army reserves as an 11B (Infantryman), 3 years. Finished out my career in the Air National Guard as a BioEnvironmental Engineer MOS 4B3X1, did that for a few years.
I"ve been collecting and selling Marine Corps and other military uniforms, medals, and field gear since I was 8 years old.
