QUESTION: i was diagnosed with crohn's when i was like 13 that was is i am healthy athletic i had no problems with it for the past 7 or 8 years but i understand that i can not join the army because of it, and its always been my dream to serve in the army and i want to so could i still join?

If you still have the disease, you are disqualified from enlistment. If you no longer have it and a doctor will sign off on that fact, then it will just require a waiver.

QUESTION: okay thanks, so all i have to do is get my doctor to sign off that i do not have this crohn's disease, and after i do that will that make me able to sign up for active duty so could i go sing up for infantry after i do this?

That's correct. If your doctor will certify that you do not have Crohns Disease, you will be eligible to apply for a waiver. At that point it's up to MEPS. Go talk to a recruiter to find out what you are eligible for, AFTER you get a doctor to give you the ok.
