Question
I would like to know if anyone can join the airforce if they had a felony charge against them? I am not sure what the charge was, just know it was a felony. But this person has a college degree. Only want to know because if they can and are telling me a story, then it is a good chance my grandson will be taken out of the state if his mom marrys this man.

Yes, but it depends on the felony and how much college they have. They also have to under go an extensive waiver process to get accepted. Then depending on the background information and a credit check that he will have to go thru if he is over 23 YOA. This takes time. Then he will have to take any job that the AF throws at him... at least that was the way it was when I was on the bag last year....

If you are planning on joining the military, your number 1 decision factor in making this kind of move is that you need to be more concerned about serving your country than your country serving you!! All the benefits are the best that you can find. Education is at a premium right now and its the most rewarding thing that you can do. If I dont answer right away probably means that I am busy, but have patience, I will get to you.
