The only time there would be a requirement is if someone who has kids with another and is not married,,,, then there is a requirement to be married. The reason is that the military doesnt take single parents.

I think that is the information you seek...if not hit me up again

QUESTION: No, I am married, but I was asking if a single, unmarried, never been married before man with no kids could be in any branch of the military including Army National Guard or any other kind of National Guard and ROTC?

Also, can a single, unmarried, never been married before man with no kids get an honorable discharge from any branch or form of the military?

Answer
Ahhhh ok...

As a single, Unmarried Never Been Married before... with no children.....

Most of the enlisted force in all the branches meet this criteria... so the answer to you question is no there is no requirement to be married. The only requirement to live together in base housing you must be married.

So if this single unmarried male goes 4 to 20 years he will get an honorable discharge after serving the length of his contract.....and that is law in all branches of the military....
