My name is Marshall........ I'm 22 yrs old, I have mild CP.... I was wondering
if i could Join the Army or Navy?

I came along way through the years i started weight lifting on and off since i
was 15 yrs old.... I max 195LBS on the bench, I max 135 on Military press, I max
115LBS on french Curls

Dear Marshall --

Congratulations in your progress.  Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely you could get a medical waiver for cerebral palsy, in order to enter the military.  Despite the strength you have developed, the lack of full muscle control, due to your condition would put you at risk during military training and service.
