My friend wants to join the National guard or the coast guard and needs a recruiter to meet with him so he can sign the papers. would you know of any recruiters in norther Florida that would do so?

You can also chat with a recruiter and ask questions at that site.

Enlisting is a process that takes longer than one visit to sign the contract.  There are both medical and intellectual exams, as well as a criminal background check.

Although there are recruiters that will travel to your location to enlist you, it will take more than one visit, and you will have to go to a special facility for your military medical, prior to enlistment.
