Question
I got your reply. I didn't receive any treatment options and wasn't diagnosed with any organic sleep or health problem, but if I was I would know correct?

Thank You

Answer
Dear Tim --

Yes, you would have been told by your treating physician or psychiatrist, if you had physical issues that caused your sleep troubles.

You can ask the Department of Defense to send your current doctor a copy of all your medical records.  Have your doctor send a formal letter to the hospital at the installation where you did your initial entry training, and request a release of all your medical records: in-patient, out-patient, and psychiatric.  Your doctor can then review those records and tell you if there are any indications that you have health concerns.

Good luck to you.
