Question
Please briefly explain the above certifications. I was checking the Internet for  civilian jobs an notice this one.this has something to do with being a laundry & bath instructor

Answer
Dear Marlon --

ANCOC is the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course.

BNCOC is the Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course.

These courses are held to train Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) leadership and advanced skills in any military occupational specialty (MOS).

Before the contractors on the battlefield craze, teams of Soldiers ran portable mass shower systems and portal industrial laundry systems: laundry and bath MOS.

The job announcement you saw probably desires to recruit former NCOs skilled in this MOS to work for a service contractor to run these types of systems in theater.
