Question
I want to inlist in the navy reserves. I have a criminal back round possession and robbery charge. I was young and dumb then which was both over ten years ago. Will the navy reserves disqulify me for these past actions

Answer
Dear Mason --

If you are otherwise qualified for service, you can enlist with a morality waiver, given your background.  You will have to prove that you are unlikely to transgress in the future, before you will be granted the waiver.  Good luck to you.
