Question
Can i join the navy even though i've been convicted twice of possession of marijuana and also covicted of facilitation to a   controlled substance which are both misdemeanors?

Answer
Dear Chance --

You might be able to enlist in the Navy with a morality waiver for your misdemeanors.  You will have to convince a military board that you have given up drug use and drug dealing, and otherwise be highly qualified for service (high test scores, good physical fitness, good health).
