Question
Hi, I was separated from AF with a Re code 2c and Jga separation code. Since then, I have filed bankruptcy. It has been 3 years since bankruptcy, will they ban me from enlisting in the Army? My separation was for entry level performance , was that because i didn't pass my Tech School, or the counselor i spoke to in the AF?
One more question about the Servicemembers' Relief Act. If I enlist can I invoke the 6% interest rate on my credit cards. My ability to pay will be diminished to the decrease in pay.

Check with an army recruiter, your code will let you get into the army for sure.
As far as the bankruptcy, it will require a waiver, but shouldn't be that much of an issue overall, as long as you've done some recovering from it.
SRA provisions may apply, or may not. Some companies won't let you invoke that for debt incurred before enlistment, and I'm not 100 percent sure you actually can do it, either. The recruiter will know for sure, or can put you in contact with someone who can give you the correct answer on that one.
