Question
I have been out of the Army for 3 years. I really want to go back but i got a re-entry code 4. I loved the army and the reason i left was because my wife gave birth to my twins which was born 4 months premature.I was constantly getting red cross messages telling me that my little girls had stop breathing and things of that nature, so i came home . I was only in AIT in the last week, they discharged me with a chapter 10 re-entry code 4 but i have all the paper work proving where i was is they anyway i can get back in.

Answer
Dear Christian --

If you can show that your family is healthy and stable now, you could petition the Military Board of Corrections to get your re-entry code upgraded to a code that would allow you to re-enlist.

Please write back, if you have other questions.  Good luck to you.
