Question
I just got a DUI but am interested in joining the Navy Reserves. I have no other crimes on my record or anything, what-so-ever. I work and am in college. Is there any way for me to still join if my fees are all paid and all classes and/or probation is done and taken care of?

If your DUI is your only legal or physical problem, then the Navy may grant you a waiver
which basically means they're willing to overlook your past mistake and accept you into the Navy.  Your recruiter is the person who submits your application for a waiver.  Waivers for single DUIs are usually granted.
