Good day Sir. first of all i really appreciate the people in the military specially when i watch the movie "taking chance" hope you do it watch as well. my question is. it is  possible..with a Student Visa i am able to apply in US coast guard as enlisted personnel? thank you and godbless

I'm glad you liked the movie "Taking Chance."  Kevin Bacon played his part well.  Not too many people realize that part of military life, too often they think only of war and not it's consequences.

You cannot join the military with only a student visa.  You must apply to become a U.S. citizen and obtain a "green card."  This is because the military knows you are serious about serving your new country.  Otherwise the military is liable to become an Army of mercenaries who have no serious intentions but serve only for money.  There are people like that out there.
