Question
I was convicted of agg. robbery in 1990 and received a 10 and 20 year sentence of which I have served 18 years. I practically have no skills for the outside world. I am very used to a structured life where I follow orders. I wan't very badly to join the armed forces and serve my country. What can I do?

The chances are not very good at this time. Right now, probably due in large part to the poor civilian job market, all of the services are easily meeting their recruiting goals and are not approving adult felony convictions.
