Question
My daughters husband has been AWOL for 264 days now, we do not know where he is located only his cell #. My daughter has told him that she wants a divorce but how would she do that if we don't know where he is at. At first he said he would sign the divorce papers now he is saying he does not want to sign. Also he called her the other day and told her that their son is going to be a big brother.
What should she do about her divorce and her son?

I wish I could help, but if he's AWOL, that means he's not under military control, so there isn't anything the milltary (nor I) can do.
It's the same situation as if he was on the FBI's 10 most wanted list, and is hiding.
