Sir, This is my first and hopefuly last time getting married, I was hoping to know the details in regards to porcessing a new spouse. such as who to talk to and what i need to do.

Congratulations on your marriage.
You didn't say which service you are in so some of the terms I'm using my be slightly different.
Your military personnel specialists will handle everything necessary to enter your spouse into the system and ensure she becomes your legal dependent.  When you go to see them (you both must go together) you will need a copy of your marriage license and she will need her birth certificate and social security number.  After they've processed her, they will issue her an ID card and you're finished.  Sometimes they'll want you to go to finance so you can adjust your pay to show "married", and the number of your dependents.  If you wish to apply for base housing, ask them and they will direct you to the Military Family Housing office.
