I was in the Marine Corps for 4 years, and I received a court martial because I had a computer that belonged to the base at my home. It was old and I didn't mean any harm. Well I received a
RE-4 code to reenlist, so I recently sent a request for a RE Code change to rejoin to the Department of the Navy Review Board. The Navy sent it back and told me that my discharge was never reviewed, so they had to send it back to the Marine Corps to review my paperwork. If the proper processes were not taken do I have a chance to rejoin. I also submitted a request to the White House for assistance with this issue. What do you think I should do next. I am a student at a technical school for auto technician, and have several Deans list awards and am a top achiever at the school. I can get letter of recommendations if you think that would help any. Please tell me what you suggest I do. I am determine to rejoin the Military, not only for my family but for my country.

It sounds like you're doing all you can at the moment. You need to get all paperwork and characterizations of your previous enlistment straight on your paperwork so that you can effectively petiton for the upgrade to your RE Code. Continue down that path and even talk to a recruiter if you want and see if they have any insight as to how to get back in.
