If the only active duty time you have is the 3 years as an 11B, then you are too old to re-enlist. The formula is 42 (current max age) plus 3 (the number of active duty years) equals 45. So you would have to be younger than 45 to be able to re-enlist now.
If you have more active duty time, then use the formula to figure out your actual max age for re-enlistment. Keep in mind that you must meet all the current enlistment criteria including physical fitness. You will also have to take basic training and AIT again, and pass both.
