Question

I am graduating next year and getting my bachelors in Nursing. I know the army offers the opportunity to enlist and working as an army nurse. Does the coast guard offer that too?

No, the USCG does not have a nursing program.  The Army opportunity you're referring to is the Army Medical Dept. (AMEDD) Enlisted Commissioning Program [AECP]

It allows enlisted personnel an opportunity to complete a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing Education, become a registered nurse (RN), and be commissioned in the active-duty Army Nurse Corps.   However, it is difficult to get into and there's no guarantee.  Your best bet is to finish your degree and then enter the Army, Navy, or Air Force as a commissioned officer in the Nursing career field.
