Question
Dear Ma'am,  I just turned 38 on March 13th and currently hold an Associates of Science.  I am prior service with the Army. I can have my Bachelor's in about 15 months from now.  Could I still qualify for entry into the OCS program?  I am unsure of the maximum age requirements with prior service and age waivers

Sincerely,
Justin A.

Answer
Dear Justin --

If you were honorably discharged or currently serving honorably, you can qualify for OCS once you complete your bachelors degree.

You remain eligible if you meet all the requirements and are no older than 42 (the maximum enlistment age) plus the number of years you have served prior.

Good luck to you.  Thank you for your service.
