Question
I served my Corps for 8 years and completed my contract as a Sergeant. When I joined they asked me if I was ADD I told them I was. They still allowed me to join. I stopped taking the medication of course. But my point is they allowed me to join. Everything I read on the internet tells me that I was not allowed to due to the ADHD. And that I am a habitual drug user and should not beallowed in. Yet here I am. When I got out I started taking the medication again. I would like to reenlist. I have proved hands down I can function without the medication as shown in my pro/cons and service record. Am I allowed to reenlist?

It's going to depend on weather or not that was documented in your pre-enlistment physical and/or contract. If it was and you got a waiver then likely they will waiver you again. (Once off the meds of course). If you told them and they didn't put it on your records, then officially it didn't happen and you'll have to work from there.
Only your records will be able to tell you for sure on this. Talk to a recruiter once you find out and go from there.
