Question
I know someone who is dating a woman who is married to a Marine.  So basically she is committing adultery.  And she is living off of the money that he gets from being married.  She says she is getting a divorce but we dont see it proceding the way it should.  I think she is enjoying as much time as she can while getting his money.  We just found out she is pregnant with the other mans baby.  Can she get in trouble for that with the Marines and be required to pay back that money she is getting?  I am married to a military man myself and I think it is wrong what she is doing to this Marine, That he is paying for her alternative lifestyle.  Im wondering what will happen to her when the Marines found out she is pregnant and cheating?

If she is non-military there's little the Marine Corps can do to her.  Obviously her husband is unaware of her extramarital activities or she would already be an Ex-wife.  Her husband can get in trouble for not maintaining good order and discipline in his own home, but basically she's getting a "free ride" as long as her husband does nothing about it.
I agree with you, this is shameful and disgusting and should not be allowed to continue, but it's up to her husband to take action before he gets into trouble himself.
