Question
i underwent reconstructive acl surgery. Does that or any other reconstructive ligament suregery diqualify me from joining the navy? i have full movement and i havent had an issue with any of it for a couple of years now.

Having had ACL surgery is NOT a disqualifier, as long as the surgery was successful and you have full range of movement.  You will be given a form to fill out that asks some medical questions and you will have to check the "Yes" block for your surgery, but that doesn't stop you from joining.  The doctor just wants to make sure you can withstand the rigors of Basic Training.
