what garantee to i have of joining the Navy, Army, or Marines if i have diabetes since i was 10 years old?

Unfortunately no. You cannot serve in the military with diabetes.
Even those that have been in the military for years before becoming diabetic are discharged.
Nowadays the emphasis in the military is being able to deploy to war, no matter what your job is. Even those with relatively safe desk jobs are deploying at an increasing rate. The reason is the military doesn't want to risk you going into insulin shock out in the field where nobody could help you. It's not practical to carry around your medicine with you at all times. What if you're captured or separated from you unit? You'd have no way of obtaining your medicine.
I'm sorry, but thanks for wanting to serve your country in uniform.
