Question
If a 16 year old has a felony drug charge can he still get into the military? What will he need to do to prove that he is not the same person? He is 18 now and that mistake is costing him everything he ever looked forward to.

Answer
Hello April:
This is sort of out of my expertise, but my advice is to talk with a recruiter and explain the problem and ask if there is a chance of getting a waiver. It will probably depend on the severity of the charge.
