Question
My fiance is based several states away. And we are looking into flying me to where he is at and getting married there, however we are both unsure if we would have to pay some sort of fee to get the marriage license on his base or not. would you know the answer to that or where/who we could speak to on this?
my other questions is: once we are married is it possible for us to get on base housing and how does that work?

Bases do not issue marriage licenses they are issued by the state the base is in. The local courthouse can tell him the procedure, or base legal can.
Yes, it's possible to get base housing. He'll have to apply once you are married, through his admin section and they'll do the rest. Once approved, he goes to the Base housing office and they put him on a waiting list for a house (6-9 months, usually but not always).
