Question
I was curious if someone who has a 2nd degree felony charge of arson if they can re-enlist in the marines with a honorable discharge?

Answer
I am not sure Jamie - my guess would be no - but the only true way to find out would be to contact your local recruiter, and talk to him. Howeveer, I would bring your legal files with you because they will most likely want to read through them- most of these legal issues are looked at on an individual basis by the recruiter.
