Question
I wanted to know if i will be able to go from navy to the air force once im done with my navy contract and i how hard will it be to do so?

Yes, you certainly may.  Once your Navy ETS arrives you are free to do whatever you wish.  When you leave the Navy included in you personnel paperwork will be a DD214 form.  At the bottom of that form there is a re-enlistment code (RE- followed by a number) that states whether you may re-enlist in the Navy or other Services.  As long as you've not been in trouble, you'll receive a RE-1, RE-2, or RE-3 code meaning you can re-enlist.  An RE-4 code usually means you're a troublemaker and nobody wants you.  You cannot re-enlist in any Service.

It is not difficult at all.
